Looked around for a few minutes for original source, google let me down, so not sure where this originates. Oh well. But it led me to recall recent readings, which prompted me to ponder:

Again, I looked for ‘this’ to see if it exists in similar form prior to MY ALMIGHTY BRAIN thinking it up…because I doubt this is an original sentiment, didn’t find it. Brene Brown w/ her Ted Talk and book is getting a ton of mileage out of something like this over past few years, and rightly so. She didn’t invent the idea either but articulates it well enough.
